Does my data end up in someone’s training set?

Not if it shouldn’t. Most work runs on paid business accounts, which don’t learn from what you put into them, and we agree what’s off-limits before anything gets uploaded. If you’d rather nothing left the building at all - client records, patient files, anything regulated - I can set you up with open-source models running on your own hardware.

Is this going to replace my people?

No. That isn’t what I sell. The wins are the work nobody wanted in the first place - the fourth draft of the same email, the numbers you retype into two systems, the quote you write from scratch every time. Judgment stays with your people. You get their hours back.

What does it cost to run after you leave?

You get the running cost in writing before we start, and I don’t take a cut of it. Most setups ride on tools you already pay for. No retainer unless you want one.
